While the setting is private, everything Edisto Beach has to offer is at your fingertips. Restaurants and shops are just one mile away. The beach is just a leisurely stroll around the corner. Sit back and relax on the screened porch overlooking the large private pool which is sure to be the centerpiece for lounging and playing. Set up for family get-togethers, a wonderful living/dining combination room and a spacious kitchen with updated pots and pans are perfect for enjoying meals and evenings together. WiFi, Large TV's and board games will keep your group entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day at the beach or by the pool. Bring or rent bicycles to explore your surroundings and get acquainted with island life! After long days in the sun, the ground-level patio and pool deck will be the perfect place to chill and grill. Any worries will drift away with the sweet ocean breeze as you embrace island time. Please note that you are renting a property with a pool. We strive to keep the pool clean and sanitary. To do so we need to have the pool cleaned at least 2 times per week. Unfortunately we are not able to schedule the same day and time each week so please be aware that a pool cleaner will visit the property at least 2 times per week.
In order to keep the pool clean during stays we utilize an automatic pool cleaner called a Polaris. This device skims around the pool like an underwater vacuum collecting debris off the bottom of the pool. If you would like the Polaris removed for your stay please let the pool cleaner know if you see him or contact us and we will send someone over to take it out of the pool.
* The pool can be heated for $125 per day. There is a three-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the rental office. Two days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Spacious Bedrooms and Great Kitchen
Very comfortable house with spacious bedrooms and a great kitchen. We cooked and ate our Thanksgiving meal there and had everything we could possibly need to prepare and serve the meal.Also the house has a great outdoor space with a grill, ping pong table, etc. to keep the kids occupied.Safe, quiet street and walkable to the beach access.
Well Appointed Beach Home on Cul de sac
Beautiful and well appointed beach home on quiet cul de sac. Friendly neighbors and 5 minute walk to beach access. Excellent pool with fence, no home looming behind the pool with the natural barrier, and downstairs seating was a plus during grill time. Easy bike or golf cart ride to all island attractions and restaurants.

Very Spacious!
Very spacious, clean, lots of room to entertain, nice pool and a generally super place to spend a vacation! Very close (5min walk) to beach access. Quiet neighborhood and much easier to get to (ne traffic when we were there) compared to Folley Beach.
Convient to Beach
Pompano Pool House offered great location convenient to beach and local attractions while also having a wonderful private pool, comfortable furnishings and good kitchen for dine-in meals. Recommended!
Perfect for Kids!
This is a house that's perfect for kids! The pool actually has a shallow area that was wonderful for our 2 year old and it's a very short walk to the beach! We hope to rebook Pompano Pool house for years to come!
Well Stocked
The house was spotless, well stocked, located on a private street with easy access to the beach. Parking spaces were very spacious. Grill was clean. Pool was nice! We had a great time on our vacation at Pompano Pool House!
