JUNE and JULY are Sunday to Sunday for weekly rentals.

Vacation with the best of both, the beach and a pool located just across Palmetto Blvd from the beach! Spend mornings sipping coffee in one of the rocking chairs on your full front porch, then slip into your swimsuit and head for the sand. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store a little over a mile away, with Edisto Beach State Park just beyond. Half of the backyard can be enjoyed by your pup in his or her own fenced-in area.

At home, the one-level living space features cheerful coastal decor, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s room for the whole gang around the dining table and the kitchen island. After a day on the sand, come home to enjoy the private pool or bask in the central AC, or warm up in front of the gas fireplace while the washer/dryer makes quick work of any laundry. Entertainment options include a Pool, Ping-Pong table on the patio downstairs, multiple TVs, and free WiFi. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then spend the evening back out by the pool, on the porch, or enjoying the salty air. Four serene bedrooms - two with direct porch access - offer a restful space when you get sleepy. The beach vacation you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

Down River was newly remodeled in 2024 providing more space and an enlarged kitchen area. Cook up your own meals with ease with new pots, pans and small appliances.

The living area is very spacious allowing for comfortable seating for eight people.

Tune in and watch your favorite streaming TV services on the 55" smart TV with ROKU.

The pool was also added in 2024 and can be heated for a $125 per night fee in the chilly months - 3 Night minimum. The pool is one of the larger pools on Edisto Beach. Enjoy the beach in the afternoon and then head to the fresh water and hang out at the pool for the rest of the day/evening! You get the best of both worlds.

There is also a back deck off of the kitchen with a gas grill.

Enjoy the ocean breezes under the house with shade and a ping pong table.

Please note that you are renting a property with a pool. We strive to keep the pool clean and sanitary. To do so we need to have the pool cleaned at least 2 times per week. Unfortunately we are not able to schedule the same day and time each week so please be aware that a pool cleaner will visit the property at least 2 times per week.

In order to keep the pool clean during stays we utilize an automatic pool cleaner called a Polaris. This device skims around the pool like an underwater vacuum collecting debris off the bottom of the pool. If you would like the Polaris removed for your stay please let the pool cleaner know if you see him or contact us and we will send someone over to take it out of the pool.

* The pool can be heated for $125 per day. There is a three-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the rental office. Two days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
